Solid Card Launch Campaign – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Solid Card launch promotional campaign (“Campaign”). By enrolling, activating, or using the Solid Card during this promotional period, the participant (“User”) agrees to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not participate.


1. Campaign Summary

As part of the Solid Card launch, eligible users may receive:

  1. $50 promotional balance applied directly to their Solid Card, to be used for card purchases

  2. Cashback rewards paid in FUSE tokens

  3. Referral-based cashback paid in FUSE tokens, subject to eligibility

This Campaign is limited and may close once usage or capacity thresholds are reached.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the $50 promotional balance and any applicable cashback, Users must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Register and create a Solid account

  2. Successfully pass KYC identity verification

  3. Deposit the minimum required amount stated in the campaign (e.g., $100 or more)

  4. Activate the Solid Card

  5. Complete at least one valid purchase using the Solid Card

(Limited to the first 500 users completing all the steps)

Eligibility may vary by region due to regulatory and issuing-partner requirements.


3. Promotional $50 Balance

  • The promotional $50 will be applied to the User’s Solid Card balance after completing all eligibility requirements.

  • The balance is intended exclusively for real, valid merchant purchases using the Solid Card.

  • The $50 balance cannot be claimed without making at least one qualifying card transaction.

  • Unused balance may expire if not spent within the timeframe stated by Solid, or if the Campaign concludes.

  • Limited to one reward per user and per device.


4. Cashback Rewards (FUSE Token Format)

  • All eligible cashback earned through spending or referrals is issued in FUSE tokens.

  • Cashback will be credited based on confirmed settled transactions only.

  • Solid may impose minimum settlement thresholds, token issuance schedules, or transaction exclusions at its discretion.


5. Referral Conditions

  • Referral benefits apply only if both users meet full eligibility requirements and complete at least one card purchase.

  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or incentivized sign-ups are prohibited.


6. Fraud, Abuse, and Monitoring

Solid reserves the right to suspend or revoke rewards — including the promotional balance — if suspicious or abusive activity is detected, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple accounts per individual

  • Fake identity or mismatched KYC documentation

  • Manufactured or refunded transactions

  • ATM attempts, cash equivalents, or restricted merchant categories

  • VPN or geo-evasion for unsupported regions

Final eligibility decisions are at Solid’s sole discretion.


7. Geographic Availability

The Solid Card is initially available only in specific supported regions. Users in unsupported regions may join the waitlist but cannot claim or use Campaign rewards until card access becomes available and activated in their country.


8. Campaign Modification or Termination

Solid may modify, pause, or end the Campaign — including eligibility, reward amounts, or issuance process — at any time without prior notice.


9. Liability & Disclaimer

Solid is not responsible for:

  • Merchant acceptance issues

  • Network or payment processor outages

  • Failed KYC due to external systems

  • Delays caused by compliance, auditing, or third-party partners

Participation is voluntary and provided on an “as available” basis.
