🔄Withdraw or Redeem SoUSD
Redeem your SoUSD back to USDC Withdrawing from Solid is simple. You can unstake your SoUSD at any time and redeem it for USDC back into your wallet.
1. Open the app
Go to your Solid Account and locate your SoUSD balance under “Home.”
2. Select Unstake
Click the three dots next to your SoUSD balance and choose Unstake.
3. Enter amount to withdraw
Use the quick button (Max) or type in a custom amount.
Click Unstake to start the withdrawal.
4. Confirm the withdrawal
Your wallet will prompt you to sign the transaction.
Once signed, Solid redeems your SoUSD for USDC.
Small withdrawals (less than ~5% of the vault’s size) are usually instant.
Large withdrawals may take up to 24 hours, as the vault divests from yield positions.
5. Receive funds in your wallet
As soon as the transaction is processed, your USDC appears in your connected wallet. You can track your transaction in-app at the bottom of the page.

When you withdraw, your SoUSD is burned and the equivalent USDC is released from the vault. Solid handles bridging and strategy unwinding automatically.
